Social Samvad / Jamshedpur : KSMS in collaboration with Indiannica Learning hosted a workshop on Health and Wellness. on 14th December 2024 in KSMS Auditorium. The Resource Person was Dr.Vikram Singh, Deputy Director, Physical Education,JNU.The workshop was attended by the Vice Principal & teachers of KSMS and Principal & teachers of Tarpore School, Agrico.
The session not only highlighted the critical importance of maintaining physical and mental health but also provided with practical, actionable strategies that can be implement in daily lives. From thought-provoking insights to the interactive activities conducted, every moment was enriching and truly impactful.
His ability to simplify complex concepts and inspire the participants to take charge of health has left a lasting impression. The exercises and practices introduced have given the attendees the motivation to start prioritizing their well-being more actively. His dedication to empowering others with the tools for better health is truly commendable.
